Shipping policy

COCOON SLIP DELIVER & RETURNS INFORMATION

This policy applies to products purchased from the website cocoonslip.com. All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Shipping is currently only available within Australia. A signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office for pick up.

DELIVERY COSTS & TIMES

**Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we are currently experiencing delays with dispatch and delivery times. Please allow 10 – 14 business days for your items to be dispatched. Our team is working their hardest to process your orders in a timely manner. We thank you for you continuing support.**

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

DISPATCH TIME: 1-3 business days.  

STANDARD DELIVERY – FREE  on orders over $150, otherwise $9.95.Metro: 5 business days after dispatch. Regional: up to 8 business days after dispatch.

Please be advised that due to high volume of orders during our Black Friday sale, Australia Post may take longer to deliver your parcel than the timeframes provided.

EXPRESS DELIVERY – $20 Metro: Next business day delivery for orders dispatched before 10am. Regional: 1-2 business days as per the Australia Post website.

Tracking for both standard and express delivery is available through Australian Post using the tracking number in your dispatch email. Breakable item orders will be dispatched via Toll. Tracking for Toll is available through Toll Group using the tracking number in your dispatch email.
